• Project managed the feasibility/initiate stage of a workstream within the business transformation programme in the Social Services division.

• Responsible for the production of a feasibility study leading (a high level document mapping the business processes, including outline functionality, risks, issues, dependencies, business case, resourcing, alternatives etc.).

• Produced a business case with the proposal of the use of front office functions in bringing business efficiencies to the areas of providing an efficient service for the delivery of various transport schemes available to disabled people.

• Creating and updating Project plans using Microsoft Project.

• Ensured that processes utilised within the project are adhered to E-Government & IT strategies.

• Managed the implementation of a workstream of one of the NHS Connecting for Health project (National Programme for IT) for two sites.

• Administered Registration Authority project through from initiation to close.

• Co-ordinated work between the Trust and support service suppliers.

• Ensured the business benefits expected from the project were achieved.

• Preparation of all the appropriate board papers and other documentation.

• Responsible for carrying out all investigations in starting up Registration Authority department within the trust.

• Responsible for facilitation of design and then documentation of business process including policy and procedures for the Registration Authority.

• Administering and coordinating the rolling of smart-cards to staff across both sites within the trust.

• Responsible for the sizing and recruitment of staff in Registration Authority and Choose &Book projects.

• Managed the development and implementation of the project plan.

• Delivery of the cultural change within the organisations necessary to achieve the project objectives and deliver the identified benefits.

• Liaison between managers, training resources and suppliers as well as other Connecting for Health projects.

• Communication of objectives, benefits and rationale for the project within the Trust.
