• Part of the team responsible for the planned delivery of the Integrated Children System (ICS) to the council as part of the E-Government Initiative.
• Participated in the development, proposed implementation and review of Information Systems with and on behalf of key Social Care Users within all the service areas in the Children & Young Peoples Service.
• Produced a Change Management Plan for the Project.
• Identified Key stakeholders with various levels of influence
• Organised ICS Supplier demonstrations with stakeholders
• Developed a Communication Strategy and Plan
• Created a Change Readiness Assessment questionnaire.
• Performed a training analysis on current skills, knowledge & abilities of staff
• Developed a Training Delivery Plan
• Conducted Stakeholder analysis and engagement planning workshops
• Mapped “new process visioning” working with stakeholders to organise acceptance, buy-in & ownership.
