• Facilitated the implementation of a business process re-engineering project, with the principal reshaping in the form of a centralised front-office provision and a modified back-office function.

• Responsible for the production of a feasibility study leading (a high level document mapping the business processes, including outline functionality, risks, issues, dependencies, business case, resourcing, alternatives etc.).

• Investigated, analysed and documented current and future business processes using Popkin.

• Mapped “new process visioning” working with stakeholders to organise acceptance, buy-in & implementation.

• Investigated the integration of the CRM, EDRMS (Anite) and Framework systems.

• Assisted change control team in the completion of impact and stakeholder analysis.

• Responsible for ensuring business sign off of the future processes.

• Analysis of the workflows in framework with its relation to social work practice workflow
